As a Full-Service Waterproofing and Foundation Contractor, we use the best and most technically sound products and procedures to solve commercial and residential problems for both new and retrofit projects. Basement Waterproofing techniques include Internal Drainage Systems and External Foundation Wall Elastomeric Membranes in conjunction with well designed foundation and gutter downspout drain lines. French drains, relandscaping and creating natural water drainways are some of the procedures used to keep water away from the foundation to protect and preserve the structural integrity.
Foundation repairs and restoration are performed using the latest methods and products available. These include foundation piering, wall tie-backs, helical piers, carbon fiber wall braces, epoxy injections, regrouting mortor joints and application of acrylic reinforced cementious coatings.
